Model R6241 VCD Axial Lead Sequencer/Inserter
[ View Photograph | Configure Your Own  | Brochure (PDF) | Available RVSI41s ]
Universal's Model 6241 VCD Sequencer/Inserter meets the challenges of just-in-time circuit assembly by combining sequencing and inserting of axial leaded components into one continuous process. The unit's variable center distance insertion head provides insertion rates up to 15,000 components per hour, and the dual lead sensing feature verifies insertion of both component leads. The 6241 is expandable from 20 to 220 input stations in 20-station modules.

Model R6287 Single Head VCD Axial Lead Inserter
