Remanufacturing Process for Jumper Wire Inserters

  1. Heads:
    Replace all wearable parts, including tooling, bushings, bearings, etc.
    Inspect other parts for wear or damage and replace as necessary.
    Upgrade to latest level possible.

  2. Clinch:
    Replace all wearable parts, including tooling, bushings, bearings, etc.
    Inspect other parts for wear or damage and replace as necessary.
    Upgrade to latest level possible.

  3. Positioning system:
    Replace all wearable parts, including tooling, bushings, bearings, etc.
    Inspect and replace rotary table as necessary. Replace all wearable parts.
    Inspect lock assembly and rebuild or replace as necessary.
    Inspect lead screws and replace with new or repaired screws as necessary.
    Inspect drive motors and replace as necessary.

  4. Controller:
    Repair, test and upgrade controller to latest revision possible.

  5. I/O box:
    Inspect all printed circuit boards and replace as necessary.

  6. Miscellaneous:
    Inspect pneumatic lines and replace as necessary.
    Inspect pneumatic assemblies and replace worn or damaged parts.
    Power wash machines when necessary.
    Inspect covers and either paint or replace Paint machine frames when necessary.
    Replace all belts.
    Inspect items not listed and replace as necessary.
