Repair & Reconfiguration Services

Universal Instruments Remanufactured Machine Division offers repair/exchange services either directly or through our World Wide Parts Distribution Center for the following assemblies:

Insertion Machines and Sequencers:

• Insertion Heads for Axial inserters - Models 6287, 6241, 6295, 6292, 6293
• Clinch assemblies for Axial inserters - Same models listed above

All insertion heads and clinches are remanufactured to current revision level.

• Dispense Heads for Sequencers - Models 2596, 6241, 6360

We also offer reconfiguration/rebuild and exchange services for the following assemblies:

Surface Mount Machines:

All items listed below are for GSM1 and GSM2 placement systems

• Placement heads including; Flex Head*, C4*, NCC8*

* All placement heads are updated to current revision level including High Force/High Flow where applicable.

• GSM cameras including reconfiguration service or exchange service.

We also offer complete GSM based machine conversions.

• Complete conversion of OFA, OFS, and TAB Bonders to GSM1 Flexible Placement Machines or to Adhesive Dispense Modules.

All assemblies and machine conversions are returned with a full six month limited warranty. Re-installation service is available by contacting your local Universal Field Engineering office.
